Societies you met in person (the freshers fair). Paste one name per line, or use the fair list. Check matches them to the societies on file; you fix anything that didn't match, then mark them. In-person contact shows for every society that isn't verified or waiting on an account; nothing else changes.
Recipients are whoever the search, university and status tabs currently show and who has an email. The template's {{fields}} are filled from each society's own row; anything left unfilled is reported before anything is sent. Every send is catalogued.
A student can hold 3 society places. Joining takes a place for 12 months from that day, and leaving doesn't hand it back early, so nobody can swap societies to collect every deal. Societies a student runs never count. Anyone who was already over the limit keeps what they have but can't add more. Free this place keeps the student in the society and stops it counting, for the one who scanned the wrong poster.

Group-deal requests from approved societies: headcount, venue, date, and what they're asking for. Your decision is sent to them in Messages.
Every live society and its join code. To verify a rep, open the society from the Societies list: its panel has the requests.
Pick a restaurant, then pick the account that should run it. Granting links them immediately and unlocks their dashboard — no code needed. Or issue a code and send it to them in chat to redeem themselves.
The PIN unlocks promotion tools for attendants. Setting a new one replaces the old immediately.
